Job summary

CooperSurgical is seeking a sales professional to call on surgeons, OR managers, and nursing staff to promote our fertility and women's health products. You will plan and execute territory sales strategies, train physicians and staff on product use, and report activity to regional leadership.

Travel within the territory is required. The role emphasizes compliance, medical documentation, and ongoing certification in operating room protocol, with a focus on growing sales and achieving targets.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of documented and verifiable sales experience, preferably in hospital/OR environments.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to grow sales in previous roles and meet territory goals.

Responsibilities

• Make sales calls to surgeons, OR management, nursing and administration.
• Explain product benefits to healthcare professionals for surgical practice.
• Compile weekly/monthly sales activity reports for Regional Manager.
• Plan and execute sales strategies to reach territory goals.
• Complete product training and demonstrate competency per company standards.
• Travel within territory as needed and work independently.
