Job summary

CooperSurgical, a leading fertility and women’s health company and division of CooperCompanies, seeks a sales professional to expand our surgical portfolio across hospitals and ORs in the United States. You will call on surgeons, operating room managers, and nursing staff, execute the territory plan, and report on activity to the Regional Manager while completing product training and maintaining certifications.

Willingness to travel overnight is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• 1–3 years of documented sales experience, preferably within the hospital/OR environment.
• Documented ability to grow sales in previous sales positions.
• Must have a valid driver's license and willingness to travel within territory.
• Maintain medical documentation and health profile to comply with customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Make sales calls to surgeons and OR staff to promote CooperSurgical products.
• Compile weekly and monthly sales and activity reports for Regional Manager.
• Plan and execute the territory sales plan to meet goals and objectives.
• Complete product training and demonstrate competency in clinical application and maintenance of instruments.
