Job summary

Central Rock Gym is seeking a Shift Supervisor to manage daily gym operations, lead the front desk team, and ensure a welcoming, safe environment. You will oversee member services, check-ins, and class scheduling while maintaining high service standards and adherence to policies.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication, problem-solving skills, and a proactive leadership style, with availability across nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule with availability to work nights, weekends, early mornings, and some holidays.
• Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to resolve issues calmly.
• Ability to take initiative and make sound decisions during shifts.
• Friendly, approachable leadership style and comfort supervising staff.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, assist with memberships, programs, and day passes at the front desk.
• Operate Rock Gym Pro for check-ins, registrations, sales, and waivers; manage calendar and payments.
• Provide facility tours and communicate programs, policies, and services to members.
• Act as lead on duty during shifts and guide Desk Staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Escalate member or staff issues to management as needed and ensure policy adherence.
