Job summary

UFC GYM is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Centennial to drive membership sales, guest experience, and weekend operations. You will supervise Membership Specialists with support from the General Manager, aiming to hit membership and coaching targets while maintaining a high-energy, guest-focused environment.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting awareness, and the ability to train and motivate a team to deliver exceptional member experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience managing reports, budgeting, revenue, payroll, and/or demonstrated math analytical skills.
• Strong organizational skills and customer service orientation with proven results.
• Experience with basic computer skills (MS Office, Internet).
• Strong leadership, communication, time management, and analytical abilities.
• Adhere to meal and rest break periods and must clock in/out for all shift times.

Responsibilities

• Sales execution on key metrics and drivers; deliver results.
• Assist the General Manager in training and achieving guest conversion and upsell targets.
• Lead weekend planning to meet membership, retention, and revenue goals.
• Foster a positive member experience and coach staff to maintain high standards.
• Manage Membership Specialist scheduling within budgets and business demands.
• Provide weekly/monthly reports to leadership on gym performance and financials.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed and support cross-department collaboration.
