Club4 Fitness in Grapevine, TX is seeking a part-time Manager on Duty – closer to help oversee gym operations, ensure a welcoming environment, and rotate weekends with Club Assistant General Managers.

The role emphasizes leading front desk and trainer staff, handling member tours, sign-ups, calls to prospective members, and maintaining high customer service standards, while supporting management and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Superior customer service skills, preferably in the fitness industry.
• Solid supervisory, diplomacy and listening skills.
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Suite).
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Assists GM and AGMs in training and developing a high performing staff consisting of front desk and trainers.
• Sales duties to include calling prospective members and following up on online inquiries; maintain welcoming atmosphere and service standards.
• Provide backup support to Club management when AGMs or GM are not on site.
• Schedule and supervise staff.
• Oversee front desk activities: answer phones, check members in, sign up new members, give tours, handle member requests.
• Monitor cleanliness and maintenance of facility; oversee supplies within budget.
• Track statistics and prepare weekly, monthly, and annual reports.
