Job summary

Club4 Fitness in Plano, TX is seeking a Manager on Duty - Closer to help oversee gym operations, ensure exceptional member service, and support the General Manager. Hours include weekdays and weekends as the schedule rotates with CLUB Assistant General Managers.

Duties include training staff, supervising front desk and trainers, handling member inquiries, tours for prospective members, and maintaining facility cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Superior customer service skills, preferably in fitness.
• Solid supervisory, diplomacy and listening skills.
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Suite).
• Hard working, enthusiastic and energetic.
• Strong problem resolution skills.
• Current CPR Certification preferred.
• High school diploma/GED equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Assists GM and AGMs in training and developing a high performing staff.
• Sales duties to include contacting prospective members and assisting in tours.
• Provide backup support to Club management when needed on site.
• Schedule and supervise staff and resolve employee issues.
• Oversee front desk activities: answer calls, check-ins, sign-ups, tours, and member requests.
• Oversee cleanliness and maintenance of facility and manage supplies within budget.
• Track statistics and generate weekly, monthly, and annual reports.
