Job summary

CLUB4 Fitness in Grapevine, TX is seeking a Front Desk Closer for the 3:00 pm–11:00 pm weekday shift. You will open the facility, close staffed hours, greet members, assist with accounts, and handle cash deposits with accuracy in a fast-paced fitness environment.

The role requires reliability, strong communication, and attention to detail to ensure a positive member experience and smooth operations at closing time.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in fitness or hospitality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Closes the fitness center’s staffed hours promptly at 11:00 pm Monday through Friday.
• Ensures all cash deposits are closed and secured.
• Cleans the CLUB common areas, locker rooms, and equipment to keep the facility clean at closing.
• Greets members in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assists members with account issues and answers general questions.
• Counts inventory and reports discrepancies to management.
• Performs additional tasks as needed.
