Club4 Fitness in Metairie, LA is seeking a part-time Manager on Duty - Closer to help oversee gym operations and ensure a welcoming, high‑performing club. Hours rotate across weekdays and weekends to cover busy periods and coordinate with Assistant General Managers.

The role focuses on leading front desk and trainer staff, driving member sales and retention, scheduling, and maintaining cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Superior customer service and communication skills.
• Strong supervisory, diplomacy and listening abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Energetic, hard-working and proactive.
• Current CPR Certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist GM and AGMs in training a high-performing staff of front desk and trainers.
• Make calls to prospective members and support conversion efforts.
• Provide backup support to Club management when needed.
• Schedule and supervise staff.
• Resolve or escalate employee issues.
• Handle front desk duties: answer phones, member check-ins, tours.
• Oversee cleanliness and maintenance of the facility.
• Assist in ordering supplies within budget.
• Track statistics and prepare weekly, monthly, and annual reports.
• Provide backup for absent staff.
