• Assist in recruiting, hiring and developing a high performing staff.
• Maintain welcoming atmosphere and ensure superior customer service.
• Provide backup support to Club Manager; schedule staff.
• Oversee front desk activities: check-in, tours, member assistance.
• Assist in cleanliness, maintenance and supply orders.
• Track statistics and prepare reports (weekly, monthly, yearly).
• Back up for absent employees.
