Crunch Fitness is seeking an Operations Manager for our NEW Bearden club to lead day-to-day member and team experiences, onboarding new members, training staff, and coaching performance. You will drive sales, retention, and satisfaction while supporting the General Manager to hit membership goals.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Sales-minded with focus on member experience and results.
• Experience with member onboarding, coaching, and engagement.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver welcoming environment and positive member/team experiences.
• Drive member integration, sales performance, ACH enrollment, and account management.
• Support retention through cancel‑save processes and follow-up calls.
• Coach staff on sales techniques to improve conversions and referrals.
• Organize member engagement events and community activities.
• Manage inventories, billing updates, and reporting accuracy.
• Lead weekly leadership meetings to review performance and accountability.
• Oversee cleaning protocols to maintain Crunch’s standards.
• Review performance reports and provide training solutions.
• Support GM in achieving membership and revenue targets.
