pf-oneworldfitness is seeking an Assistant Manager to help oversee gym operations and deliver a standout, judgement-free member experience while contributing to the club's financial success.

You will assist in recruiting, training, and developing staff, maintaining a welcoming environment, and supporting the Club Manager with scheduling and operations. A strong focus on customer service, supervision, and problem resolution is required.

Qualifications

• Superior customer service skills, preferably in the fitness industry.
• Experience working as a Member Service Representative at Planet Fitness.
• Solid supervisory, diplomacy and listening skills.
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Suite).
• Hard-working, enthusiastic and energetic.
• Strong problem resolution skills.
• Current CPR Certification required.
• High school diploma/GED equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting, hiring, training and developing a high performing staff.
• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere for members and guests with superior customer service.
• Provide backup support to Club Manager and assist in scheduling staff.
• Oversee front desk activities including answering phones and member check-ins.
• Help with member sign-ups and tours for prospective members.
• Handle member requests and questions and ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the facility.
• Assist with ordering of supplies within budget and track stats/reports.
• Provide backup support for any employee absence.
