Job summary

24 Hour Fitness USA, LLC is seeking a Sales and Service Expert (SSE) to deliver an outstanding guest experience and drive membership growth at our CA club. You will engage guests with membership, fitness, and retail offerings, applying company sales techniques to meet revenue goals.

The role emphasizes building relationships, using CARE sales methods, and onboarding new members while supporting retention activities to improve club profitability.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge and experience with sales practices and techniques.
• General understanding of Fitness Industry.
• Ability to work with computers.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Independent, self-starter with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to operate Point of Sale (POS) System.
• Knowledge of Membership System software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Executes CARE sales model with each guest and relates how products/services satisfy fitness needs.
• Tours potential members and describes facility, equipment, services and amenities.
• Communicates membership and fitness offers clearly using tools.
• Enrolls guests using sales techniques and protocol.
• On-boards new members and assists with retention activities.
• Consistently achieves or exceeds personal and team sales goals.
• Prospecting and lead generation through community and internal channels.
• Set appointments and manage leads using Lead Management System.
