Crunch Fitness Michigan is seeking an amazing front desk agent to join our team and support a fast-growing market. You will create a welcoming environment for members and guests and act as the first point of contact.

In this role you will generate appointments, conduct gym tours, enroll new members, and promote membership services. You will stay informed about services and equipment to confidently assist questions and needs.

Qualifications

• Front desk experience or customer service helpful.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive and inclusive environment for members checking in or seeking service at the front desk.
• Generate appointments through member referrals, networking, formal presentation, public demonstrations, master systems and phone calls.
• Follow up on prospects, conduct gym tours for all prospects and enroll them in a gym membership.
• Be knowledgeable of membership services and gym equipment to effectively inform members and answer any questions.
• Continuously sell membership services as part of their regular sales presentation.
• Maintain accurate records using Crunch Fitness VFP master systems (TI log, Club Activity, Web Leads, Production Book).
• Conduct daily facility walk around to ensure the cleanliness of the facility.
