Job summary

Crunch Fitness in Michigan is seeking an amazing front desk agent to welcome members, answer questions, and support a friendly, inclusive gym environment.

You will generate appointments, tour prospects, enroll new members, and maintain accurate records in our VFP master systems, while keeping the facility clean and welcoming.

This part-time, in-person role offers varied shifts (4- or 8-hour), employee discounts, and the opportunity to grow with a fast-paced fitness leader.

Qualifications

• Create a positive and inclusive environment for members checking in or seeking service at the front desk.
• Generate appointments through member referrals, networking, formal presentation, public demonstrations, master systems and phone calls.
• Follow up on prospects, conduct gym tours for all prospects and enroll them in a gym membership
• Be knowledgeable of membership services and gym equipment to effectively inform members and answer any questions.
• Continuously sell membership services as part of their regular sales presentation
• Maintain accurate records using Crunch Fitness VFP master systems (TI log, Club Activity, Web Leads, Production Book).
• Conduct daily facility walk around to ensure the cleanliness of the facility
