Qualifications

• Experience at a front desk or member-facing role in a fitness/sports environment.
• Ability to generate memberships and appointments through referrals, demos, and calls.
• Strong knowledge of gym services and equipment to inform members.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive environment for members at the front desk.
• Generate appointments through referrals, networking, demos, and calls.
• Conduct gym tours and enroll prospects in memberships.
• Inform members about services and equipment, answering questions.
• Continually promote membership services during sales presentations.
• Maintain accurate records in Crunch Fitness VFP master systems.
• Perform daily facility walkthroughs to ensure cleanliness.
