Nova Gymnastics in Cedar Hill, TX is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to serve as the first contact for prospective and current members, promoting programs and handling enrollments.

You will greet customers, answer questions about classes and pricing, process payments, and support events while maintaining a positive front-office presence. The role includes evening hours, occasional Saturdays, and performance-based incentives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Provide information about programs, classes, pricing, and schedules.
• Conduct facility tours for prospective customers and answer inquiries.
• Enroll students in classes and manage account information.
• Process payments, sales transactions, and merchandise purchases.
• Actively promote current programs, special offers, and events to boost enrollment.
• Assist with front office organization and light administrative tasks.
• Maintain a positive, energetic atmosphere in the facility.
