PureGym US in Lincoln Park, NJ is seeking a proactive Gym Manager to lead a team of fitness professionals and deliver a first-rate member experience. You will partner with the Cluster Manager to maintain high standards, safety, and consistent policy execution across the club.

This full-time role emphasizes driving member growth, trainer recruitment, and revenue through excellent service, clean facilities, and effective leadership.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience and a passion for fitness and wellbeing.
• A passion for supporting people to reach their full potential.
• Strong team player who will work with the Assistant Gym Manager to develop staff and run the club.
• Ability to recruit Personal Trainers and Gym Floor Associates and proactively find new talent.
• Excellent time management, organizational, problem solving and follow-up skills.
• Ability to successfully obtain CPR/AED certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Drive the performance of your gym by setting action plans and ensuring a safe environment.
• Increase member count and ancillary revenue to meet targets.
• Drive Personal Trainer revenue and recruit new talent for the site.
• Deliver an excellent member experience through service and standards.
• Walk the floor to evaluate facility cleanliness.
• Manage the team to drive a high-performance culture.
• Drive sales through tours and lead generation.
