PureGym Group is expanding its US footprint and seeks a proactive Gym Manager to lead a team of fitness professionals, uphold first-class standards, and deliver an exceptional member experience at your club.

You will drive sales, manage operations, recruit Personal Trainers, and develop your team while ensuring safety and policy compliance. Competitive benefits include gym membership, paid time off, and health coverage.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience in a fitness-focused environment.
• Passion for helping people reach their full potential.
• Ability to recruit Personal Trainers and Gym Floor Associates.
• Excellent time management, organizational, problem solving and follow-up skills.
• CPR/AED certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead gym operations to drive member experience and safety.
• Drive member count and ancillary revenue to meet targets.
• Recruit and develop Personal Trainers and gym staff.
• Deliver an outstanding member experience through service and standards.
• Oversee club cleanliness and facility upkeep.
• Manage team performance and culture of high standards.
• Drive sales through tours and lead generation.
