Qualifications

• Must have superior customer service skills, preferably in the fitness industry.
• Experience as an Assistant Manager at Planet Fitness is required.
• Must be energetic, hardworking, and enthusiastic.

Responsibilities

• Oversee gym operations to ensure a positive member experience.
• Recruit and train staff including Assistant Managers and Trainers.
• Manage payroll and staff scheduling.
