Ignite Fitness Holdings in Derby, CT seeks a results-driven General Manager to lead a busy gym and drive membership growth, revenue, and service quality. You will recruit, train, and develop staff, uphold Planet Fitness brand standards, and ensure a clean, welcoming environment for members.

This role requires strong leadership, budget discipline, community engagement, and the ability to manage payroll within plan hours while delivering exceptional member experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing a team in a high-volume or fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of management preferred; High School diploma required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and general technology.
• Experience in a multi-unit organization is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Recruit, lead, and develop the club team including Assistant Manager and staff.
• Ensure revenue growth, manage payroll within budget, and monitor key metrics.
• Maintain PF brand standards and oversee a clean, welcoming environment for members.
• Engage with the local community and build partnerships to drive memberships and EFT.
