Healthtrax is seeking a friendly Front Desk Associate to join our Mantua Township gym team. You will greet members, answer questions, resolve issues, and perform basic administrative tasks with a smile.

As the face of our club, you’ll provide excellent customer service, guide tours for prospective members, handle phone calls, check-ins, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment that motivates members to achieve their health goals.

Formación

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Upbeat and positive attitude!
• Passion for health & fitness.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Enthusiastically greet members, prospective members, and guests.
• Provide a high level of customer service to all members and effectively resolve issues.
• Handle front desk activities including answering phones and checking-in members.
• Take prospective members on tours of the facility.
• Ensure gym systems and processes are followed.
• Enforce facility rules and regulations, ensuring facility is clean and safe.
