Job summary

Crunch Fitness is seeking a friendly front desk agent to join our Michigan market in a part-time capacity. You will help members check in, answer questions, and introduce them to our membership services.

You will generate appointments, conduct gym tours, enroll members, and maintain accurate records in our systems while ensuring a clean and welcoming environment. Evening and morning shifts are available with varied 4- and 8-hour blocks.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive and inclusive environment for members at the front desk.
• Generate appointments through referrals, networking, presentations, and calls.
• Follow up on prospects and enroll them in gym memberships.
• Be knowledgeable about membership services and gym equipment.
• Continuously sell membership services during sales presentation.
• Maintain accurate records using Crunch Fitness VFP master systems.
• Conduct daily facility walk around to ensure cleanliness.
