Job summary

Crunch Fitness is seeking a front desk agent to join our team in Michigan for in-person, part-time work. You will be the first friendly greeting for members, handle check-ins, and help drive membership sales with a welcoming, energetic attitude.

You will also provide information on services and equipment, perform gym tours, maintain records, and help keep the facility clean and inviting. Shifts include morning and evening options with 4-hour and 8-hour blocks.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive and inclusive environment for members checking in or seeking service at the front desk.
• Generate appointments through member referrals, networking, formal presentation, public demonstrations, master systems and phone calls.
• Follow up on prospects, conduct gym tours for all prospects and enroll them in a gym membership
• Be knowledgeable of membership services and gym equipment to effectively inform members and answer any questions.
• Continuously sell membership services as part of their regular sales presentation
• Maintain accurate records using Crunch Fitness VFP master systems (TI log, Club Activity, Web Leads, Production Book).
• Conduct daily facility walk around to ensure the cleanliness of the facility
