Crunch Fitness in Michigan is seeking a part‑time front desk agent to join our team in Ann Arbor. You will greet members, generate and follow up on membership appointments, and educate guests on services and gym equipment.

The role involves daily facility maintenance and accurate record keeping, with in-person shifts and flexible hours. The position emphasizes a welcoming environment, proactive member outreach, and ongoing sales of memberships.

Qualifications

• Create a positive and inclusive environment for members checking in or seeking service at the front desk.
• Generate appointments through member referrals, networking, formal presentation, public demonstrations, master systems and phone calls.
• Follow up on prospects, conduct gym tours for all prospects and enroll them in a gym membership
• Be knowledgeable of membership services and gym equipment to effectively inform members and answer any questions.
• Continuously sell membership services as part of their regular sales presentation
• Maintain accurate records using Crunch Fitness VFP master systems (TI log, Club Activity, Web Leads, Production Book).
• Conduct daily facility walk around to ensure the cleanliness of the facility
