Job summary

Workout Anytime Asheboro is seeking a friendly Club Associate to staff the front desk at our Asheboro gym. This part-time role emphasizes a welcoming atmosphere, handling phones, tours, and daily club operations while avoiding pressure tactics.

You’ll learn the RAMP program, help prospective members understand its benefits, and support events, promotions, and member appreciation efforts. No commission and growth opportunities exist here.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service, retail, hospitality, healthcare, or any people-facing role.
• Previous gym experience isn't required.
• Positive, friendly and comfortable around new people.

Responsibilities

• Greet and know the members on shift; call them by name and make them feel welcome.
• Answer the phone; take messages when needed and treat the phone seriously.
• Introduce prospective members to RAMP and give walk-through tours without pressure.
• Follow up with leads by phone or email to facilitate next steps.
• Keep the club clean and assist with events and promotions.
