Job summary

Workout Anytime Lenoir is seeking a part-time Club Associate to manage front desk duties, welcome members, handle calls, and keep the club clean. You’ll be the first face members see during tours and must be organized and friendly.

You’ll introduce prospective members to RAMP, follow up on leads, and help with events and promotions. No sales pressure and a clear path to advancement, plus a free gym membership.

Qualifications

• Candidates with background in customer service or similar roles preferred.
• No gym experience required.
• Positive and friendly demeanor necessary.
• Reliable and organized with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet and know the members.
• Answer the phone.
• Introduce prospective members to RAMP.
• Follow up with leads.
• Keep the club sharp (maintenance and cleaning).
