Job summary

Workout Anytime Greensboro is hiring for a Club Associate to staff the front desk during regular hours. You will greet members, answer the phone, keep the club clean, and be the first face new guests see when they tour.

This role is non-commission, with a focus on member experience through RAMP. Expect varied shifts (15–40 hours per week), a free gym membership, uniforms, and opportunities for development as you grow in the gym industry.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service, retail, hospitality, healthcare, or any people-facing role.
• Previous gym experience isn't required.
• Positive, friendly, and comfortable around new people.
• Reliable and organized; able to follow a consistent shift process.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, answer the phone, keep the club clean and operational.
• Lead tours for prospective members and explain RAMP.
• Follow up with leads via calls and emails.
• Assist with events and promotions and maintain a welcoming environment.
