Responsibilities

• Greet and know the members; learn regulars and call them by name.
• Answer the phone and take messages when needed.
• Give walk-in tours and explain RAMP to prospective members without pressure.
• Follow up with leads via phone and email to welcome or re-engage them.
• Keep the club clean and operational; support maintenance during shifts.
• Assist with club events, promotions, and member appreciation activities.
