Job summary

VASA Fitness is hiring a Maintenance Technician to keep clubs safe, functional, and welcoming. You will perform routine inspections, diagnose issues across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, and manage repairs with CMMS tools.

You’ll collaborate with leadership and vendors, receive on-the-job training, and have opportunities for certifications reimbursement while earning a hourly wage.

Qualifications

• Interest or experience in maintenance, facilities, construction, or related fields.
• 1–2 years of maintenance experience preferred, but training is available.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Experience with CMMS or work order systems and basic project tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on club equipment and systems.
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly to minimize downtime.
• Maintain cardio, strength, and workout equipment in safe condition.
• Record work performed, parts used, and repairs in the CMMS.
• Collaborate with the General Manager and vendors to complete tasks.
