Responsibilities

• Assist in training and developing staff.
• Assist in member service oversight ensuring great customer experience.
• Handle front desk tasks: answer calls, take information calls, assist with member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and updating member accounts.
• Provide gym tours and help address member questions and service issues.
• Support Club Manager with team supervision and backups as needed.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain a positive club image.
• Assist with cleanliness and appearance of the gym.
• Assist in marketing and promotions awareness and training.
• Assist in ordering supplies and tracking inventory.
