Job summary

Gold's Gym Washington in Kirkland, WA is seeking a full-time, hourly Club Manager on duty ready to drive a motivating, authentic gym culture. You’ll lead a team, coach staff, run huddles, and deliver exceptional guest experiences while promoting our memberships and community goals.

You’ll inspire tours, manage schedules, and ensure smooth operations as a stepping stone to General Manager, with advancement across Washington and Oregon locations.

Qualifications

• You light up a room and genuinely enjoy talking with people.
• You guide guests to decisions with honesty, not pressure.
• You’ve led or trained a team for 1+ year in a related role.
• You have 2+ years in a people-facing role: fitness, hospitality, retail or sales.
• Lead by example: on time, upbeat, and willing to pitch in.
• Comfortable with gym or POS software, email and scheduling tools.
• Able to work mornings, evenings, weekends and some holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent; CPR/AED within 30 days of hire.
• Fitness industry experience is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Culture and Leadership: build a gym culture that is Motivating, Authentic, and Passionate.
• Lead the club as manager on duty when the GM is out and run weekly team huddles.
• Recruit, interview and onboard people who fit the culture.
• Train the front desk team to create a great member experience.
• Club Operations: manage opening/closing, daily reports, and club upkeep.
• Membership Growth: guide tours, convert leads, and drive memberships.
• Protect peak hours with weekly schedules and labor goals, while tracking progress.
