Job summary

Gold's Gym Washington is seeking a hands-on Club Manager in Camas to lead front-line teams, drive member engagement, and uphold our Motivating, Authentic, and Passionate culture. You’ll partner with the GM to build a strong staff and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

The role offers a path to General Manager with internal promotions across WA and OR, and requires a mix of morning, evening, weekend shifts and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR/AED certification within 30 days of hire is required.
• Ability to guide guests toward memberships with honesty.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate a gym culture that is Motivating, Authentic, and Passionate on every shift.
• Lead the club as manager on duty when the GM is out and set energy levels.
• Run weekly huddles to share goals, promotions, and wins with the team.
• Recruit, onboard, and train staff to deliver a great member experience.
