Supreme Fitness Group is hiring an Assistant Manager for the Garden Grove area to support the General Manager in overseeing gym operations and delivering a Judgement Free member experience. The role leads a team of Member Service Representatives, Trainers, and Custodians, focusing on guest relations, staffing, and daily operations.

Qualifications

• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• 2 years of customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School diploma/GED equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train and develop a high performing team.
• Create and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for members and guests.
• Schedule team members and cover all shifts.
• Lead by example with coaching and accountability.
• Resolve team member issues or concerns.
• Discuss disciplinary measures with GM/Area Manager.
• Answer phones and assist callers.
• Check members into the system and sign-ups.
• Lead member tours and respond to inquiries.
• Ensure gym opening/closing and cleanliness.
• Oversee safety and equipment maintenance.
• Support marketing promotions and approve expenditures.
• Prepare HR forms and coordinate with Corporate HR.
• Track weekly, monthly, and annual statistics.
