A strong focus on customer service, supervision, and operational efficiency is essential for success. The position requires CPR certification, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to lead tours, sign up new members, and manage front desk

Qualifications

• Superior customer service skills required.
• Experience supervising staff and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
• Basic computer proficiency including MS Office applications.
• Hard working, energetic, with strong problem resolution skills.
• Current CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting, hiring, training and developing staff.
• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere and ensure top customer service.
• Provide backup support to Club Manager; schedule and supervise staff.
• Oversee front desk activities, answer phones and check members in.
• Sign up new members and conduct tours for prospective members.
• Handle member requests, issues and questions; maintain cleanliness.
• Assist with ordering supplies and tracking reports; manage budget.
• Back up for absent employees as needed.
