You will collaborate with SMEs and trainers, learn new systems such as SuccessFactors and ServiceNow, and help maintain training programs that meet regulatory standards and business needs.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in GxP-regulated pharmaceutical environment.
• Experience in Learning and Development processes and standard operating procedures in a GMP facility.

Responsibilities

• Monitor periodic review of training systems.
• Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) and trainers for crafting new content and updating existing content.
