Job summary

Validation & Engineering Group, Inc. (V&EG) seeks a document controller to design and review training content and coordinate learning solutions.

The role supports site training projects, develops materials, and facilitates learning in operations with SMEs and trainers. Applicants should have 2–5 years in a GMP environment, experience in Learning & Development, and familiarity with LMS tools such as SuccessFactors and ServiceNow.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in a GxP-regulated pharmaceutical environment.
• Experience in Learning and Development processes and SOPs in a GMP facility.
• Familiarity with learning management software and document management systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor periodic review of training systems.
• Collaborate with SMEs and trainers to craft and update content.
• Learn and manage training transactions in SuccessFactors and ServiceNow.
