The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in a GxP-regulated pharmaceutical environment, is bilingual in English and Spanish, and is proficient with learning management systems such as Learning Management software, ServiceNow and SuccessFactors.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in a GxP-regulated pharmaceutical environment.
• Experience with learning and development processes and SOPs in GMP facilities.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Proficient with learning management systems and document management tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as document controller and manage training content.
• Monitor periodic review of training systems and content accuracy.
• Collaborate with SMEs and trainers to craft and update content.
