Job summary

Validation & Engineering Group, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Document Controller to design and review training content and coordinate learning solutions across the site, ensuring GMP compliance.

You will monitor periodic review of training systems, work with subject matter experts and trainers to craft content, and learn to manage training transactions in SuccessFactors and ServiceNow. This role requires adaptability, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in a GMP/GxP-regulated pharmaceutical environment.
• Experience in Learning and Development processes and SOPs in a GMP facility.
• Proficient with learning management systems, training tools, and document management.

Responsibilities

• Monitor periodic review of training systems.
• Collaborate with SMEs and trainers to craft and update content.

• Document Controller

Overview

This position is responsible for the design and review of training supporting the area's content expert and the creation, coordination, and implementation of learning solutions. This role will perform tasks to support the business areas mainly focused on the development of training materials, training strategic projects for the site, facilitation of learning in operational areas and/or supporting reviews of training.

Main Responsibilities

• Monitor periodic review of training systems.
• Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) and trainers for crafting new content and updating existing content. (Communication skills.)
• Able to learn new systems to manage training transactions related to the assigned business area in SuccessFactors and ServiceNow.

Basic Requirements (Preferrable)

• 2-5 years of experience in GxP-regulated pharmaceutical environment.
• Experience in Learning and Development processes and standard operating procedures in a GMP facility.

Additional Skills / Preferences

• Experience using learning management software, learning request tools and document management systems.
• Teamwork oriented
• Ability to work with multiples priorities with minimum supervision.
• Organizational skills
• Ability to navigate complex, matrix-based organizations.
• Strong compliance mindset and sound judgement.
• Willing to support operation during weekends, holidays and rotating shifts as needed.
