Job summary

Validation & Engineering Group is seeking a dedicated Document Controller to support training design, review, and learning solutions across GMP environments. The role partners with SMEs and trainers to craft and update content, coordinate learning initiatives, and ensure training systems are kept current.

The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years in a GxP regulated pharmaceutical setting, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in a GxP regulated pharmaceutical environment.
• Experience in Learning and Development processes and SOPs in a GMP facility.

Responsibilities

• Serve as document controller and oversee document lifecycle.
• Monitor periodic review of training systems and ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with SMEs and trainers to craft and update learning content.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills in coordinating learnings.
• Learn and adapt to systems like SuccessFactors and ServiceNow for training transactions.
