Job summary

Validation & Engineering Group is seeking a dedicated Document Controller to design, review, and coordinate training content, ensure compliance, and support learning initiatives across GMP environments.

The role works with SMEs and trainers to craft new content, monitor training systems like SuccessFactors and ServiceNow, and manage documentation in a fast‑paced, matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• Preferrable 2 5 years of experience in GxP regulated pharmaceutical environment
• Experience in Learning and Development processes and standard operating procedures in a GMP facility

Responsibilities

• Serve as document controller
• Monitor periodic review of training systems
• Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) and trainers for crafting new content and updating existing content
