Job summary

Eurofins USA PSS Insourcing Solutions is seeking a Lab Equipment Coordinator in Spring House, PA to manage the lifecycle of laboratory instruments from onboarding to retirement. The role involves coordinating installations, calibrations, and preventive maintenance with vendors, ensuring compliance and records are up to date.

The position requires a Bachelor's in engineering science (min 2 years relevant experience), GLP/GMP lab exposure, strong SOP adherence, and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering science with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in a GLP/GMP laboratory, preferably bioanalytical.
• Ability to follow SOPs with an eye for continuous improvement.
• Understand and apply regulatory/compliance requirements for the role.
• Strong problem solver with Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Authorized to work in the United States without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate laboratory equipment throughout its lifecycle, including onboarding, qualification, maintenance, and retirement.
• Schedule installations, repairs, preventive maintenance, and calibration with vendors/service providers.
• Validate and commission new equipment; maintain records and compliance documentation; troubleshoot equipment issues; manage offboarding of automated systems.
• Ensure equipment remains operational, compliant, and aligned with business needs.
