Job summary

Eurofins USA PSS Insourcing Solutions in Spring House, PA is seeking a Lab Equipment Coordinator to oversee the lifecycle of complex analytical instruments, from onboarding to retirement, ensuring compliance with GLP/GMP standards.

You will coordinate installations with vendors, validate and commission new equipment, maintain records, troubleshoot issues, and manage decommissioning. This full-time on-site role offers comprehensive benefits and a schedule of Monday–Friday, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering science with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
• Experience in a GLP or GMP laboratory, preferably in a bioanalytical setting.
• Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures with insight into continuous improvement.
• Understand and apply regulatory/compliance requirements relative to the role.
• Problem solver/troubleshooter, skilled in Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate laboratory equipment lifecycle from onboarding to retirement.
• Schedule installations, repairs, preventive maintenance and calibration with vendors/service providers.
• Validate and commission new equipment; maintain records and compliance documentation; troubleshoot issues.
• Manage decommissioning/offboarding of automated liquid handlers, plate readers, and PCR systems.
• Ensure equipment remains operational, compliant, and aligned with business needs.
