Job summary

Eurofins USA PSS Insourcing Solutions is seeking a dedicated Equipment Coordinator in Spring House, PA to manage the lifecycle of laboratory equipment. You will onboard, qualify, maintain, and retire instruments, coordinating with vendors for installation, maintenance, and calibration while ensuring records and compliance.

The role requires a B.S. in engineering science with 2+ years in a GLP/GMP lab, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to follow SOPs and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering science with 2+ years relevant experience.
• Experience in a GLP or GMP laboratory, preferably bioanalytical.
• Ability to follow SOPs and demonstrate continuous improvement.
• Understand and apply regulatory/compliance requirements for the role.
• Strong problem solver with Root Cause Analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate laboratory equipment lifecycle including onboarding, qualification, maintenance and retirement.
• Schedule installations, repairs, preventive maintenance, and calibration with vendors.
• Validate and commission new equipment and maintain records and compliance documents.
• Troubleshoot equipment-related issues and manage decommissioning/offboarding for systems.
• Ensure equipment remains operational, compliant, and aligned with business needs.
