Job summary

Neurona Therapeutics is seeking an IT Helpdesk and Infrastructure Support professional for an on-site role in South San Francisco, CA. You will manage local network, server, and infrastructure, oversee MSP vendors, and ensure GxP data integrity and security.

Responsibilities include end-user support on Windows and Mac, onboarding/offboarding, IAM changes in validated systems, and maintaining asset lifecycle. Strong cross-functional communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT or related field.
• 3–5 years IT infra/helpdesk experience in regulated environments (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11).
• Hands-on management of local network, server and core infrastructure.
• Experience supervising MSP/staff-augmentation resources with SLA oversight.
• Working knowledge of privileged access administration in validated systems (IAM).
• Familiarity with backup/restoration testing and data integrity in GxP environments.
• Strong cross-functional communication with technical and non-technical staff.

Responsibilities

• Onsite MSP leadership and central escalation point for two outsourced IT staff.
• Own local infrastructure including network and servers; maintain architectural knowledge.
• Review MSP tickets for quality and compliance with internal standards.
• Oversee blockers and act as technical authority when vendor troubleshooting stalls.
• Perform privileged IAM changes in validated systems; manage GxP access controls.
• Manage local asset lifecycle and hardware lifecycle tasks from receipt to retirement.
• Onboard/offboard employees and ensure secure, timely task execution.
• Provide hands-on Windows PC and Mac support to end users.
• Build strong relationships with employees and communicate clearly.
• Ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance for all IT processes.
