Job summary

Pharmaron seeks an IT Lab Systems Specialist to support and advance IT operations in a GMP-regulated laboratory. You will ensure that laboratory computer systems, connected instruments, and supporting infrastructure run securely, reliably, and in compliance with data integrity standards.

Based in Exton, PA, this on-site role collaborates with QA, Scientific Operations, and IT to manage validation, backups, and documentation, with occasional travel to U.S. labs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or CS with 5–7 years of GMP/GLP IT in pharma/biotech.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory instruments and computerized systems.
• Experience with CSV, computer system validation, and regulatory documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support for laboratory instruments and computerized systems in a GMP environment.
• Coordinate maintenance, upgrades, and escalations with vendors.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and technical documentation for IT operations.
