The Brothers that just do Gutters is seeking a results-oriented Sales and Estimating Professional to drive growth in the Birmingham market. You will attend estimates, price opportunities, and present our gutter services to customers, ensuring clear understanding of value and pricing.

This role emphasizes lead generation, timely follow-ups, and building lasting client relationships while meeting sales targets and profit goals in a fast-paced franchise environment.

Responsibilities

• Attends all estimates on time.
• Prices new opportunities within 48 hours of the onsite visit with prospect using company production rates.
• Returns incoming phone calls in a professional manner, within 8 business hours of call.
• Provides product differentiation to customer during selling process.
• Effectively sells the company’s services to the customer in a competitive atmosphere by understanding customer needs.
• Maintains relationship with customers and crew after sold jobs.
• Maintains closing percentage of at least 40%.
• Develops a prospecting plan focusing on generating leads for the company.
• Participates in networking groups to establish business relationships and promote company.
• Maintains an organized workflow and CRM usage.
• Set and achieve goals for sales volumes, closing rates and gross profits.
