The Brothers that just do Gutters in Memphis is seeking a Sales and Estimating Representative to drive new business for high-end gutter installations and guards. You will attend estimates, price opportunities, follow up on bids, and communicate the value of our products to customers.

Base salary plus commissions with performance bonuses, company car, uniforms, paid time off, and ongoing training for career growth are offered to successful candidates in this role.

Responsibilities

• Attends all estimates on time.
• Prices new opportunities within 48 hours of onsite visit using company rates.
• Returns incoming calls promptly and professionally.
• Explains product value to customers during the selling process.
• Sells services effectively in competitive situations by addressing customer needs.
• Maintains follow-up on bids and aims for a yes/no decision.
• Sets and works toward goals for sales volume, closing rates and gross profit.
