• Responds to inquiries professionally within 8 business hours.
• Communicates product differentiation to customers throughout the selling process.
• Sells services to customers in a competitive environment.
• Maintains relationships with customers and crews after sold jobs.
• Maintains pipeline and follows up on bids to secure decisions.
• Targets profitable jobs and achieves sales goals.
• Maintains closing percentage of at least 40%.
• Develops a prospecting plan to generate leads.
• Participates in networking to build business relationships.
• Keeps CRM updated with job information and progress.
• Sets and achieves sales volume, closing rates, and gross profit goals.
