Responsibilities

• Attends all estimates on time.
• Prices new opportunities within 48 hours of the onsite visit using company production rates.
• Returns incoming phone calls professionally within 8 business hours.
• Provides product differentiation to customers during the selling process.
• Effectively sells the company’s services in a competitive environment by understanding customer needs.
• Visits every sold job at least once to maintain relationships with customers and crew.
• Maintains follow-up procedures on open bids and seeks a yes/no on all bids.
• Targets profitable jobs and develops a prospecting plan to generate leads.
• Maintains an organized workflow and CRM usage.
