The Brothers that just do Gutters is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative / Estimator in Livermore, CA. You will meet homeowners, present solutions, and quote on-site estimates, with a focus on one-call closes and building lasting relationships.

As a franchise team member, you’ll participate in local marketing, manage your pipeline, and strive to exceed revenue targets. The company offers a performance-based environment with clear career paths and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum sales experience in home services preferred.
• Strong closer with one-call-close capability.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
• Self-motivated, coachable, professional appearance.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate estimate appointments.
• Willing to participate in local marketing/networking.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with owners and staff to grow the business.
• Maintain professional communication with customers and be punctual for appointments.
• Ensure all job details (colors, scope, scheduling, billing) are shared with the team.
• Lead by example and maintain positive, respectful communication.
• Attend meetings on time and put in necessary weekly hours.
• Help develop and implement new systems to increase profitability and organization.
• Run scheduled on-site estimate appointments across the service area.
• Assess gutters, downspouts, and guard needs; measure and quote on-site.
• Present pricing and close sales during the visit.
• Follow up on pending estimates and manage your pipeline.
• Build relationships with homeowners and referral partners.
• Participate in local marketing and community outreach as needed.
